Construction
Traditional construction with Hanson Butterley Thornbury multi stock bricks with Ibstock orange feature bricks under a plain clay tiled roof. White painted double glazed sash windows to the front and traditional casement windows elsewhere except the kitchen/dining room and sitting room where there are double glazed sliding folding doors. Each
house is covered by the National House Building Council 10 year guarantee.
Heating
Gas fired central heating with a pressurised hot water system which is supplemented by solar panels that are discreetly located on the roof at the rear of the houses. There is underfloor heating to the whole of the ground floor and radiators with thermostatic valves elsewhere.
Kitchen
Each house has an individually designed fully fitted Italian made kitchen with granite worktops and upstands. Integrated appliances include a ceramic hob with stainless steel extractor hood above, electric oven, combined microwave/ second oven, dishwasher and fridge freezer. Above the ceramic hob there is a coloured glass splashback.
Bath/shower/cloak rooms
White sanitary ware is fitted throughout with high quality chrome fittings and ceramic tiled floors except for the cloakroom which has oak strip flooring. Heated towel rails are installed to both shower rooms and bathrooms. The pressurised hot water system provides excellent flow rates without the need for pumps.

Electrical and decorative
There are recessed downlighters in the kitchen/dining room. The same applies to the sitting room, which is also wired for wall lights and a 5 amp lighting circuit. Oak multi-layer strip flooring is laid throughout the ground floor which matches the stained hardwood newels and handrails of the staircase. A hard wired security system together with smoke and heat detectors are also installed. A full snagging service will be carried out free of charge by Onslow Homes by arrangement with the owners after a period of about six months.
